Sandra is a litigation paralegal with more than 30 years of paralegal experience working exclusively on behalf of injured accident victims. Sandra has worked at DWA LAW in Hamilton, Ontario since 2004. Prior to her current position, Sandra worked with Allen Wynperle for 5 years at another area firm.

Sandra has experience working with a wide range of clients who were injured in car accidents, slip & fall accidents, and physical assaults; as well as experience working with clients who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, severe orthopaedic injuries, catastrophic injuries, soft tissue injuries and chronic pain. She also has a strong working knowledge of the Ontario Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule regulations.

Education

  • Sandra received a Law Clerk Diploma from Humber College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from McMaster University.
  • A post-secondary degree Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
  • In March 2008, Sandra was licensed as a Paralegal by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
